At the AAS-in-Asia 2018 conference to be held in New Delhi from July 5th-8th, 2018, an exhibition will be provided for Publishers to showcase their latest collections and to network with academicians on 6th and 7th July 2018.
AAS-in-Asia 2018 will provide a venue for publishing organizations to make contact with the international community on Asian Studies (more than 400 participants).

AAS-in-Asia 2018 attracts influential academics who attend the panel sessions to present their work and learn about the latest developments in Asian Studies. While they come to network with colleagues and peers, they will also visit the exhibition at the venue.
As an exhibitor, you will have the unique opportunity to market your latest publications to a captive audience of buyers i.e. influential academics. Exhibit hours have been arranged to give exhibitors maximum exposure. By exhibiting, you have the chance to highlight your publications in a venue where they can connect directly with their audience and potential authors.

Exhibiting companies or organizations should be engaged in the domain of Asian Studies as its principal business or maintain a department or division devoted to this field.
AAS-in-Asia 2018 is designed to showcase print publications, educational materials, digital services, and Asian Studies programs and services for our members and attendees.
To fulfill this goal, the association reserves the right to review all exhibit applications for eligibility. All applications are subject to approval by the organizers based on the following criteria: 
1.         The items or information to be exhibited/distributed relate to the purpose of AAS and are consistent and compatible with the AAS values and goals.
2.         The exhibit relates to the purpose of the conference, or topics of the various sessions.
3.         Items without educational merit may be excluded.


The organizers reserve the right to allocation of booth space based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
500 $ per table until March 15, 2018 (32500 INR/table)
600 $ per table after March 15, 2018 (39000 INR/table)

Please note that these rates are not inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST) and merchant gateway fees. Full payment of the total space rental is due with the table reservation. Payments received in full will be confirmed immediately.
Exhibitors requesting an invoice must pay the invoice within 30 days of receipt. Failure to pay the reserved table invoice within 30 days will result in all tables marked reserved being automatically released back into the public inventory for purchase. Tables considered RESERVED are considered pending until payment is received.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel any booth listed as reserved/pending without notice.


The organizers will maintain a wait list for exhibit space should the exhibit hall sell out. The waitlist is on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested exhibitors will be notified as soon as possible should a space become available.


All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager.
If the conference manager receives notification on or before March 1, 2018, the organizers will refund 90%of the total paid amount of your booth purchase.
For cancellation requests received between March 1st 2018 and on/before June 1st, 2018, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. No refunds will be made after June 1st, 2018.  
If booth space is not occupied by 9:00am on July 6th, 2018, the organizers will have the right to use the space as it sees fit to eliminate empty spaces in the Exhibit Hall.

    Exhibit rental space DOES NOT include:
  • Additional furniture or stands beyond what is included above
  • Electricity or any electrical services
  • Shipping or any freight handling labor
  • Installation or dismantle labor
  • Goods and Service Tax (GST) and Merchant gateway charges amounts

Please note that all additional registrations of booth personnel to attend the conference must be purchased separately. Lunches can be availed on additional registrations. Registrations for the full conference must be completed using the official registration form at www.ashoka.edu.in/aasinasia
